New Edition of Town Codes

The Library now has the new and revised print edition of the Municipal Code (ordinances) of Phillipsburg. To use the Code Book, visit the Library and follow the sign that says "Reference". The book is kept at the Reference Desk. Besides the new print edition, the Town has also made the Code searchable online! Movies in the Park

Film Night

Come at 6:00 on Wed. July 19th to see the recent movie......Well, we can't say the name of it because of our legal agreement with the movie's distributor. But it stars David Strathairn and George Clooney, it's about fabled TV newsman Edward R. Murrow, and it won lots of awards. Children would be bored, so it's a great excuse to have a grownup evening out. Watch the movie, stay to talk about it for awhile after if you like. No charge, of course. We'll have you out by 9:00. • As of this morning, the President has not acted on New Jersey's request for federal disaster aid for the flood of 2006.
• The Red Cross of Northwest New Jersey is giving out Cleanup Kits and helping with emergency housing arrangements. Contact them at 908-475-2770.
